Is there anything more quintessentially English than the pear? The most loved of fruits is the hero of this gorgeous Autumnal delight.
Dehydrated English pear adorns the outside of the cake, accompanied by luxurious Belgian white chocolate shards. While the fresh pear sponge is layered with a delicately aromatic cardamom and white chocolate buttercream, and filled with a sumptuous pear compote.

Our lovingly hand-decorated and baked-to-order cakes can be delivered to your door in 2-3 full working days. Extra lead time may be needed for gluten free cakes.

The Celebration Collection and The Botanical Collection requires 3 full working days production time.
Sweet Treats require 1-2 full working days production time (delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class)
Extra lead time may be needed for gluten free cakes.
Cakes should be stored out of the fridge in a cool dry place, and should ideally be consumed within 3 days of delivery.
Once the cake is cut the contact with the air will begin to dry the sponge so it should be eaten as soon as possible.
