Organic Cuban Honey with Yoghurt & Fig Cake

Sometimes, when certain flavours come together, they do unbelievable things. Whose sole purpose is, it often seems, to make our mouths water.

Strawberries and cream. Chilli and lime. Cuban honey, yoghurt and fig.

This bold cake delicately combines Cuban honey with yoghurt fit for Greek Gods, to produce a luxuriously moist sponge. The heavenly cake is then interlaced and with a rich fig buttercream.

While crunchy honeycomb, yoghurt matchsticks and dehydrated figs garnish the outer layer of this truly opulent cake.

6” x 5” cake serves 14 x Party Portions OR 10 x Large Portions 

Party Portions are cut in rectangular slices. Large Portions are cut in wedges.

All our cakes contain wheat flour (gluten), eggs and milk (except vegan products), and may contain soya and sulphites. All our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. For any specific allergen queries please feel free to get in touch with us.

This product may contain traces of gluten. It is NOT suitable for people with coeliac disease as it is made in a kitchen also handling wheat.

Our lovingly hand-decorated and baked-to-order cakes can be delivered to your door in 2-3 full working days.  Extra lead time may be needed for gluten free cakes. 

DELIVERY

We deliver on Tuesdays to Fridays.

  • London Delivery - only London delivery is available online . We deliver to most London postcodes (if delivery isn't available for you at checkout contact us for a quote).
  • Outside of London Delivery - contact us for a quote. 

COLLECTION

  • From our London studio (SE4) - free of charge (NB. our opening hours for collection are 10am to 5.30pm). 

LEAD TIME

  • The Gourmet Collection requires 2 full working days production time.
  • The Celebration Collection and The Botanical Collection requires 3 full working days production time.
  • Sweet Treats require 1-2 full working days production time (delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class)

  Extra lead time may be needed for gluten free cakes.

    Cakes should be stored out of the fridge in a cool dry place, and should ideally be consumed within 3 days of delivery.

    Once the cake is cut the contact with the air will begin to dry the sponge so it should be eaten as soon as possible.
