Kick back, put your feet up and dream of sunnier days with this magnificent two tiered cake.

Embelished with not 1, but 4 masterfully crafted sugar flowers. Edible piped pearls lace the bases, while Mauritian vanilla buttercream icing adds a final flourish of elegance.

All of our Botanical Collection cakes have 4 layers of luxuriously moist sponge and 3 layers of filling per tier.

Each cake is elegantly buttercream iced, and flowers are delicately crafted from sugarpaste.

Choose from:

Rose – delicate rose sponge with rose infused Swiss meringue buttercream

Lavender – subtly aromatic Provence lavender sponge with a Mauritian vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream

Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and English raspberry conserve

Raspberry & Vanilla – fresh raspberry and Mauritian vanilla sponge with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream

Elderflower – floral English elderflower sponge with elderflower infused Swiss meringue buttercream

Sicilian Lemon – zesty lemon sponge with a lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and Sicilian lemon curd

Belgian Chocolate – rich Belgian chocolate sponge with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream

Salted Caramel - indulgent caramel sponge filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of salted caramel

Lemon & Elderflower - lemon and elderflower sponge filled with elderflower Swiss meringue buttercream

These products may contain traces of gluten. They are NOT suitable for people with coeliac disease as they are made in a kitchen also handling wheat. Extra lead time may be needed for gluten free cakes.

This two tier cake comes in one size.

A 6” x 5” and 8" x 5” cake serves 36 x Party Portions OR 24 x Large Portions 

Party Portions are cut in rectangular slices. Large Portions are cut in wedges.

All our cakes contain wheat flour (gluten), eggs and milk, and may contain soya and sulphites. All our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. For any specific allergen queries please feel free to get in touch with us.

Some cakes in this collection (Anemone, Ombre Rose, and Wildflowers) have wired sugar flowers inserted safely into the cake. These wired decorations are non-edible and must be removed before cutting and serving.

Our lovingly hand-decorated and baked-to-order cakes can be delivered to your door in 2-3 full working days.  Extra lead time may be needed for gluten free cakes. 

DELIVERY

We deliver on Tuesdays to Fridays.

  • London Delivery - only London delivery is available online . We deliver to most London postcodes (if delivery isn't available for you at checkout contact us for a quote).
  • Outside of London Delivery - contact us for a quote. 

COLLECTION

  • From our London studio (SE4) - free of charge (NB. our opening hours for collection are 10am to 5.30pm). 

LEAD TIME

  • The Gourmet Collection requires 2 full working days production time.
  • The Celebration Collection and The Botanical Collection requires 3 full working days production time.
  • Sweet Treats require 1-2 full working days production time (delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class)

  Extra lead time may be needed for gluten free cakes.

    Cakes should be stored out of the fridge in a cool dry place, and should ideally be consumed within 3 days of delivery.

    Once the cake is cut the contact with the air will begin to dry the sponge so it should be eaten as soon as possible.
