All of our Botanical Collection cakes have 4 layers of sponge and 3 layers of filling per tier. Each cake is elegantly buttercream iced, and flowers are delicately crafted from sugarpaste.

Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and English raspberry conserve

Lemon – zesty lemon sponge with a lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and Sicilian lemon curd

Raspberry – fresh raspberry and Mauritian vanilla sponge with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream

Belgian Chocolate – rich Belgian chocolate sponge with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream

Salted Caramel - indulgent caramel sponge filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of salted caramel

Rose – delicate rose sponge with rose infused Swiss meringue buttercream  

Wheat (Gluten) Free Options Available – in Vanilla, Raspberry, Belgian Chocolate, Lemon. Please call us to order a wheat (gluten) free flavour (please note, extra lead time will be required). These flavours are NOT suitable for coeliacs as they are made in a kitchen handling wheat.

This two tier cake comes in one size.

A 6” x 5” and 8" x 5” cake serves 36 x Party Portions OR 24 x Large Portions 

Party Portions are cut in rectangular slices. Large Portions are cut in wedges.

All our cakes contain wheat flour (gluten), eggs and milk, and may contain soya and sulphites. All our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. For any specific allergen queries please feel free to get in touch with us.

Some cakes in this collection (Anemone, Ombre Rose, and Wildflowers) have wired sugar flowers inserted safely into the cake. These wired decorations are non-edible and must be removed before cutting and serving.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR WHEAT (GLUTEN) FREE OPTIONS

This product may contain traces of gluten. It is NOT suitable for people with coeliac disease as it is made in a kitchen also handling wheat.

Our lovingly hand-decorated and baked-to-order cakes can be delivered to your door in 3-5 full working days.  Extra lead time may be needed for wheat free cakes.

We deliver on Tuesdays to Fridays. Saturday delivery may be available on request. Please contact us to discuss.

COLLECTION

  • From our London studio (SE4) - free of charge (NB. our opening hours for collection are 10am to 5.00pm). 

LEAD TIME

  • The Buttercream Collection requires 3 full working days production time.
  • The Botanical Collection requires 4 full working days production time.
  • The Celebration Collection requires 5 full working days production time.
  • Sweet Treats require 3 full working days production time.

  Extra lead time is needed for wheat free cakes.

    Cakes should be stored out of the fridge in a cool dry place, and should ideally be consumed within 3 days of delivery.

    Once the cake is cut the contact with the air will begin to dry the sponge so it should be eaten as soon as possible.
