All of our Botanical Collection cakes have 4 layers of sponge and 3 layers of filling per tier. Each cake is elegantly buttercream iced, and flowers are delicately crafted from sugarpaste.
Lavender – lavender sponge with lavender buttercream
Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and English raspberry conserve
Raspberry – fresh raspberry and Mauritian vanilla sponge with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream
Belgian Chocolate – rich Belgian chocolate sponge with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream
Lemon – zesty lemon sponge with a lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and Sicilian lemon curd
Salted Caramel – indulgent caramel sponge filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of salted caramel
Rose – delicate rose sponge with rose infused Swiss meringue buttercream
Vegan Chocolate & Coconut (only available for vegan options) – vegan chocolate sponge filled with vegan coconut buttercream
Vegan Lemon & Blueberry (only available for vegan options) – Lemon and blueberry sponge layered with a vegan lemon buttercream
Vegan Vanilla (only available for vegan options) – Mauritian vanilla sponge with vegan vanilla buttercream and English raspberry jam
Wheat (Gluten) Free Options Available – in Vanilla, Raspberry, Belgian Chocolate, Lemon. Please call us to order a wheat/gluten free flavour (please note, extra lead time will be required). These flavours are NOT suitable for coeliacs as they are made in a kitchen handling wheat

This single tier cake comes in two sizes.
A single tier 6” x 5” cake serves 14 x Party Portions OR 10 x Large Portions
A single tier 8” x 5” cake serves 26 x Party Portions OR 14 x Large Portions
A two tier 6” & 8” cake serves 36 Party Portions OR 24 x Large Portions
A three tier 6”, 8”, 10” cake serves 70 Party Portions OR 40 x Large Portions
Party Portions are cut in rectangular slices. Large Portions are cut in wedges.
Standard Flavours: All our standard flavours contain wheat flour (gluten), eggs and milk, and may contain soya and sulphites. All our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.
Vegan Flavours: Contains wheat flour (gluten), soya and may contain sulphites. Do not contain dairy or egg products.
Wheat Free Flavours: May This product may contain traces of gluten. It is NOT suitable for people with coeliac disease as it is made in a kitchen also handling wheat.
Please be aware that all of our products are made in a kitchen which handles wheat flour (gluten), dairy, eggs, soya and nuts. While we try to limit any cross contamination, there is a risk a product may have come into contact with one of these allergens. Some cakes in this collection are decorated with fresh flowers. Fresh flowers are inserted safely into the cake using a food safely wax seal and/or a plastic posey pick. These fresh flowers are for decoration only and are not suitable for consumption.
Some cakes in this collection have wired sugar flowers inserted safely into the cake. These wired decorations are non-edible and must be removed before cutting and serving.
Our lovingly hand-decorated and baked-to-order cakes can be delivered to your door in 2-3 full working days. Sometime shorter notice is possible, please contact us to discuss.
Collections are available free of charge from our London cake studio Tuesdays to Fridays, 10am to 5pm.
We deliver on Tuesdays to Saturdays. Sunday delivery may be available on request. Please contact us to discuss.

Our Confection cakes should be stored out of the fridge in a cool dry place, and should ideally be consumed within 3 days of delivery.
(Please note cakes with fresh flowers (Garden Rose and The Monet designs) should be stored in the fridge to keep the flowers fresh and removed a couple of hours before consumption to ensure the cake is at an ambient temperature for serving.)
Once the cake is cut the contact with the air will begin to dry the sponge so it should be eaten as soon as possible.
