Once you have placed your order we will email you to confirm your collection date. In the event your preferred date is not available we will arrange an alternative date (or issue a refund).
COLLECTION from our LONDON STUDIO (SE4) - free
Collect your cake free of charge from our London cake studio (please note collections are available between 10AM and 5PM Tues-Fri and a collection time slot will be provided once your order has been confirmed).
Our cakes are boxed safely for transportation but do note that they are delicate and larger tiered cakes in particular can be heavy so we do recommend planning your travel accordingly.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available for CENTRAL LONDON and outside on request and delivery charges apply. Please contact us to check the delivery cost and request delivery. You can request your delivery date in the "Special Instructions" box, but please note we may not be able to delivery on that date. The delivery date must be agreed with us in advance. The delivery cost will be calculated and invoiced separately.
SHIPPING is via UK Post for small items only
Only some items are available for postage where stated via Royal Mail postage.
