Flavours - Botanical Collection

All of our Botanical Collection cakes have 4 layers of luxuriously moist sponge and 3 layers of filling per tier.

Each cake is elegantly buttercream iced, and flowers are delicately crafted from sugarpaste.

Choose from:

Rose – delicate rose sponge with rose infused Swiss meringue buttercream

Lavender – subtly aromatic Provence lavender sponge with a Mauritian vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream

Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and English raspberry conserve

Raspberry & Vanilla – fresh raspberry and Mauritian vanilla sponge with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream

Elderflower – floral English elderflower sponge with elderflower infused Swiss meringue buttercream

Sicilian Lemon – zesty lemon sponge with a lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and Sicilian lemon curd

Belgian Chocolate – rich Belgian chocolate sponge with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream

Salted Caramel - indulgent caramel sponge filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of salted caramel

Lemon & Elderflower - lemon and elderflower sponge filled with elderflower Swiss meringue buttercream



These products may contain traces of gluten. They are NOT suitable for people with coeliac disease as they are made in a kitchen also handling wheat. Extra lead time may be needed for gluten free cakes.
