Flavours - Botanical Collection

All of our Botanical Collection cakes have 4 layers of sponge and 3 layers of filling per tier. Each cake is elegantly buttercream iced, and flowers are delicately crafted from sugarpaste.

Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and English raspberry conserve

Lemon – zesty lemon sponge with a lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and Sicilian lemon curd

Raspberry – fresh raspberry and Mauritian vanilla sponge with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream

Belgian Chocolate – rich Belgian chocolate sponge with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream

Salted Caramel - indulgent caramel sponge filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of salted caramel

Rose – delicate rose sponge with rose infused Swiss meringue buttercream  

Gluten Free Options Available – in Vanilla, Raspberry, Belgian Chocolate, Lemon. Please call us to order a gluten free flavour (please note, extra lead time will be required).
