Flavours - Botanical Collection

All of our Botanical Collection cakes have 4 layers of sponge and 3 layers of filling per tier. Each cake is elegantly buttercream iced, and flowers are delicately crafted from sugarpaste.

Autumn Seasonal Flavour: English Pear, Belgian White Chocolate & Cardamom  a fresh pear sponge cake with layers of delicately aromatic cardamom and white chocolate buttercream

Autumn Seasonal Flavour: Coffee, Hazelnut & Caramel coffee sponge with hand-folded toasted hazelnuts is layered with a smooth coffee and caramel buttercream

Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and English raspberry conserve

Lemon – zesty lemon sponge with a lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and Sicilian lemon curd

Raspberry – fresh raspberry and Mauritian vanilla sponge with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream

Belgian Chocolate – rich Belgian chocolate sponge with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream

Salted Caramel  indulgent caramel sponge filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of salted caramel

Rose – delicate rose sponge with rose infused Swiss meringue buttercream  

Wheat (Gluten) Free Options Available – in Vanilla, Raspberry, Belgian Chocolate, Lemon. Please call us to order a wheat (gluten) free flavour (please note, extra lead time will be required). These flavours are NOT suitable for coeliacs as they are made in a kitchen handling wheat.
