All of our two tier Celebration Collection cakes have 6 layers of luxuriously moist sponge with 4 layers of a delectable filling.
Each is expertly fondant iced, with an undercoat of rich Belgian chocolate ganache, while decorations are intricately crafted from sugar paste.
Our single tier cakes have 4 layers of luxuriously moist sponge and 3 layers of filling per tier, and are elegantly buttercream iced, with decorations made from sugarpaste and chocolate.
Raspberry & Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge with fresh raspberries, filled with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream
Salted Caramel – caramel sponge filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of salted caramel
Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge filled with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of English raspberry conserve
Belgian Chocolate – Belgian chocolate sponge filled with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream
Sicilian Lemon – lemon sponge filled with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of Sicilian lemon curd

This two tier cake comes in one size.
A 5” x 3” & 7” x 6” serves 40 Party Portions (cut in rectangular slices).
All our cakes contain wheat flour (gluten), eggs and milk (except vegan products), and may contain soya and sulphites. All our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. For any specific allergen queries please feel free to get in touch with us.

Our lovingly hand-decorated and baked-to-order cakes can be delivered to your door in 2-3 full working days. Extra lead time may be needed for gluten free cakes.
We deliver on Tuesdays to Fridays.

The Celebration Collection and The Botanical Collection requires 3 full working days production time.
Sweet Treats require 1-2 full working days production time (delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class)
Extra lead time may be needed for gluten free cakes.
Cakes should be stored out of the fridge in a cool dry place, and should ideally be consumed within 5 days of delivery.
Once the cake is cut the contact with the air will begin to dry the sponge so it should be eaten as soon as possible.
