All of our Botanical Collection cakes have 4 layers of luxuriously moist sponge and 3 layers of filling per tier.
Each cake is elegantly buttercream iced, and flowers are delicately crafted from sugarpaste.
Rose – delicate rose sponge with rose infused Swiss meringue buttercream
Lavender – subtly aromatic Provence lavender sponge with a lavender infused Swiss meringue buttercream
Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and English raspberry conserve
Raspberry & Vanilla – fresh raspberry and Mauritian vanilla sponge with raspberry and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream
Elderflower – floral English elderflower sponge with elderflower infused Swiss meringue buttercream
Sicilian Lemon – lemon sponge with a zesty lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and Sicilian lemon curd
Belgian Chocolate – rich Belgian chocolate sponge with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream
Salted Caramel - indulgent caramel sponge filled with salted caramel and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream

This single tier cake comes in two sizes.
A 6” cake serves 14 x Party Portions OR 10 x Large Portions
An 8” cake serves 26 x Party Portions OR 14 x Large Portions
Party Portions are cut in rectangular slices. Large Portions are cut in wedges.
All our cakes contain wheat flour (gluten), eggs and milk, and may contain soya and sulphites. All our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. For any specific allergen queries please feel free to get in touch with us.
This cake has wired sugar decorations inserted safely into the cake. These wired decorations are non-edible and must be removed before cutting and serving.
Our lovingly hand-decorated and baked-to-order cakes can be delivered to your door in 2-3 full working days.
We deliver on Tuesdays to Fridays to most London postcodes (if your postcode is not available at checkout contact us for a quote, we can also deliver outside of London) with our trusted cake delivery service.
Alternatively, collect your cake from our studio in SE4 (free of charge).
The Gourmet Collection requires 2 full working days production time.
The Celebration Collection and The Botanical Collection requires 3 full working days production time.
Sweet Treats require 1 full working day lead time (delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class)
Cakes should be stored out of the fridge in a cool dry place, and should ideally be consumed within 3 days of delivery.
Once the cake is cut the contact with the air will begin to dry the sponge so it should be eaten as soon as possible.
