Our Celebration Collection cakes have 6 layers of sponge with 4 layers of a delectable filling. Each is iced with a smooth fondant finish (and an undercoat of chocolate ganache) intricately crafted handmade sugar decorations.
Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and English raspberry conserve
Lemon –zesty lemon sponge with a lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and Sicilian lemon curd
Raspberry – fresh raspberry and Mauritian vanilla sponge with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream
Belgian Chocolate – rich Belgian chocolate sponge with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream
Salted Caramel - indulgent caramel sponge filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of salted caramel
Rose – delicate rose sponge with rose infused Swiss meringue buttercream

A 5” x 3” & 7” x 6” serves 40 Party Portions (cut in rectangular slices).

Cakes should be stored out of the fridge in a cool dry place, and should ideally be consumed within 5 days of delivery.
Once the cake is cut the contact with the air will begin to dry the sponge so it should be eaten as soon as possible.
